Hank Salem Obituary – Henry Phillip “Hank” Jacoby of Salem, died Thursday, April 16, 2015, at 6:09 am in his home at 52 years old years, 10 months, and 26 days. Conceived May 21, 1962, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, he was the child of Raymond and Muriel (Keller) Jacoby. He was the Global Sourcing Commodity Manager for Kimball Office and had been an occupant of Washington County beginning around 2006, previously of New England.

Hank served as the governing body of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and the Washington County Economic Growth Partnership. He was an individual from Rotary, filled in as a SOAR! coach and was on the Work One: Workforce Investment board. He was a 2011 alumni of the Washington County Awareness Class and chipped away at the leading body of the Washington County Artisans and Farmers Market as a class project.

Survivors include Daughter Kayla Jacoby, New Boston, Ohio; Son: Conner Jacoby, Louisville, Kentucky; Stepson: Josh Smith, Burlington, Vermont; Father: Raymond Jacoby, South Hero, Vermont; 2 Sisters: Lynne Jacoby, Arlington, Massachusetts and Laura Brooks, South Hero, Vermont; Brother: Peter Jacoby, McLean, Virginia; Companion: Dr. Mindy Gunn, Salem; Nephew: Zachery Bowen, Franklin Furnace, Ohio, and Grandchildren: Bella Smith and Brayden Keyser. He was gone before in death by his mom.
